Love is Blind's purpose is to share our journey together conquering obstacles, to share our passions, and to help readers find the light in scary, dark, and unknown times. How It Got Started

I rescued Alli when she was seven months old from a local animal shelter. We instantly bonded with each other and became inseparable. In 2017, when Alli was six years old, she was diagnosed with Glaucoma. She was completely blind one year later.

I've spent a great deal of time researching different ways to help Alli, and I have worked to find solutions to make her blindness less of an obstacle for her. I have also made numerous modifications to help her regain her confidence, independence, and keep her safe with fewer accidents.

Love is Blind is a compilation of our various projects in hopes of helping others who need it when they find themselves in a situation similar to ours. I've taken the time to do this because I love my dog, helping others, it's a cause that I feel very strongly about, and I hope to make a difference.
